To the Manor Born follows the story of an upper-class woman, Audrey Fforbes-Hamilton, who is forced to adapt to a middle-class lifestyle after her husband dies and she loses her manor. While she tries to maintain her previous lifestyle, she encounters challenges and forms an unlikely romance with a businessman.
