Due to her psychic abilities, she has faced bullying and isolation throughout her life. However, everything changes when she meets Yoshihisa Manabe, a classmate who accepts her for who she is. Together, they form a friendship and join the school's ESP club, where they meet other students with unique abilities. Throughout the series, Haruka learns to embrace her powers and find happiness despite her troubled past.
