The Equalizer follows the story of a retired spy who becomes a vigilante, using his skills and resources to help those in need in New York City. With a dark past and a set of gadgetry and weaponry, he takes on criminals and fights for justice in a city plagued by urban decay and social decay. As an anti-hero with a tough-guy persona, he is a one-man army against organized crime and corruption.
