A Cambodian-Filipino doctor named %s seeks medical treatment in the U.S. to save her son. However, when the system fails her, she is forced to rely on her cunning and intelligence to secure her son's safety. Meanwhile, she witnesses the murder of an FBI informant by a powerful criminal organization. In order to protect herself from being killed, she agrees to work as a cleaner for the organization. Soon, the FBI approaches her with a proposal to become an informant herself. Caught between dangerous adversaries, she must navigate the treacherous landscape on her own to avoid numerous perils.
