Tanaka-kun is a high school student who lives by his motto of being listless. He goes through his school days with minimal effort and prefers to sleep or relax rather than be productive. Along with his best friend, Oota, and other classmates, Tanaka-kun navigates through various comedic and slice-of-life situations that arise in their daily school life.
