Sekirei follows the story of Minato Sahashi, a young man who failed his college entrance exams and is struggling in life. One day, he meets a beautiful girl named Musubi, who reveals that she is a Sekirei, an alien being with extraordinary powers. She kisses him, activating his latent powers and making him her Ashikabi, a master who can form a contract with Sekirei. Now, Minato must participate in a dangerous game where he must collect more Sekirei, all while facing rivalries, dangerous enemies, and his own personal dilemmas.
