Prison School follows the story of five male students who get enrolled in Hachimitsu Academy, an all-girls boarding school known for its rigorous rules and discipline. The boys find themselves at the mercy of the Underground Student Council, a group of sadistic female students who delight in enforcing harsh punishments and challenges on the boys. As they navigate through their humiliating situations, the boys also try to uncover the secrets of the school and find love amidst the chaos.
