Nagasumi Michishio, a young teenage boy, drowns in the sea and is saved by a mermaid named Sun Seto. In order to preserve the secret existence of mermaids, Nagasumi must now marry Sun. However, this unexpected marriage leads to hilarious and chaotic situations as Nagasumi tries to navigate the unusual and often dangerous world of mermaids and the yakuza.
