Magnum, P.I. is a TV show set in Hawaii during the 1980s. The main character, a mustached man and Vietnam War veteran, works as a private investigator. He solves various crimes and mysteries while driving a sports car, flying a helicopter, and enjoying life on the beach. Supported by his loyal dog and anonymous backer, Magnum takes on dangerous situations and uses his skills as an action hero to protect the innocent.
