Kokoro Connect follows the story of a group of high school students who are suddenly and inexplicably forced to experience supernatural phenomena such as body swapping and gender swapping. As they struggle to deal with these strange occurrences, they are forced to confront their own fears, desires, and insecurities, ultimately testing the strength of their friendships and relationships.
