Iljimae is a historical drama set in ancient Korea during the Joseon Dynasty. The story follows a vigilante hero who fights for justice and seeks revenge for the murder of his father. Using his skills as a swordsman, he robs the corrupt noble families and redistributes the wealth to the poor. Along the way, he uncovers secrets, faces personal challenges, and finds love. Iljimae is based on a comic strip and combines action, adventure, romance, and drama.
