Bayron City is a mega-float type of city in the Pacific Ocean, functioning as a mine for Orgonium, a new energy resource. Demons known as 'D Hazards' cause special cases in the city, which are handled by private military companies. Shu, a young man running a small company, is supported by Kisara, a high school girl who is actually a demon. They have a contract where Kisara assists Shu in demon extermination in exchange for a kiss. Their bond oscillates between love and contract.
