Set in a world where vampires exist, Devils' Line follows the story of a teenage vampire named Yuuki Anzai. As a half-vampire, he struggles to control his bloodlust and keep his human side intact. Yuuki finds himself caught between two worlds, the human society he wants to be a part of and the vampire society that wants to exploit him. Along the way, he becomes involved with a secret organization called the F squad, which is dedicated to hunting down and exterminating vampires. Amidst the chaos, Yuuki also develops a love interest, Tsukasa Taira, who is completely unaware of his true nature. As the story unfolds, Yuuki must confront his inner beast and unravel the mysteries surrounding the vampire world, all while protecting his loved ones from the dangers that lurk within.
