Chobits is a story about Hideki, a college student who finds a humanoid computer (known as a Persocom) in the trash. The Persocom, named Chi, appears to be unlike any other Persocom. Hideki soon discovers that Chi is a Chobit, a type of Persocom rumored to have human-like emotions and free will.
