In the city of Anima City, humans and animal hybrids called 'Beastmen' coexist. Michiru, a human turned tanuki, meets Shirou, a wolf Beastman, and together they uncover dark secrets about the city and its inhabitants. As tensions rise between the humans and Beastmen, Michiru becomes involved with a terrorist organization seeking to restore the balance of power.
