Bleach (2004)

Ichigo Kurosaki is an ordinary high school student until he accidentally obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper, a celestial being that protects the living world from malicious spirits called Hollows. With his newfound abilities, Ichigo must balance his responsibilities as a student and as a Soul Reaper in order to protect his friends and loved ones from the dangers of the spirit world.
