After Life (2019) follows Tony, a newspaper office employee who is devastated by the death of his wife. Struggling with his grief, Tony contemplates suicide but decides to live a life of complete honesty instead. He says and does whatever he wants, often causing chaos and hurting those around him. As he interacts with his coworkers, including a sex worker and a mailman, he realizes that there are still moments of love, happiness, and connection worth living for.
