In the aftermath of World War II, two women, Iya and Masha, try to piece their lives together in Leningrad. Getting Any? is a slapstick comedy about a young man's absurd and hilarious attempts to find success and romance. He goes to great lengths, including becoming a yakuza member, renting an armored car, and even turning invisible.
