Cold Hell follows a Turkish immigrant woman living in Vienna who witnesses a murder and becomes the target of a sadistic serial killer. Frustrated with the police's lack of progress, she takes matters into her own hands and becomes a kickboxing vigilante, determined to bring the killer to justice. As she fights for her own life, she also confronts issues of religious intolerance and fundamentalism.
