After the huge success of the 2012 documentary, the Warwrick Rowers are back. They walk you through the making of their "Brokeback Boathouse" calendar for 2013.

Our England film follows our traditional English summer calendar shoot. We start out at the boathouse as usual, but then soon head for a beautiful country home, where we get to play at being lords of the manor.

This Traveltalk series short visits several points of interest in England, including the port of Liverpool, war destruction at Coventry, the historic Warwick Castle, and Stratford-on-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare.

It all began with a terrible headache. After being prescribed a painkiller he was allergic to, Warwick, a thoroughly unlucky college student, decides to enroll in an experimental drug trial as a last ditch effort to relieve the pain of his chronic migraines. The following morning, he begins to notice changes in his demeanor leading him to think he's going crazy. Strangers tend to agree, his friends are unhelpful, and his absurdly Canadian roommate's odd behavior only adds to his stress. It's only at his breaking point that he realizes that his newfound insanity might not be the work of what's in his head, but rather what's in the little orange bottle.

The Spain film sees the team continuing their summer in the exotic surroundings of Andalucia in southern Spain. They spend a day at a fabulous villa overlooking Spain’s most glamorous resort, Marbella, then head off to the Atlantic beaches near trendy Tarifa.

The Warwick Rowers Charity Calendar making of films are rightly famous. Shot and edited by a world-class director/editor since 2012, In this second film, in Spain, is shot in an extraordinary private garden that overlooks the Straits of Gibraltar, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean sea. As well as the dramatic and unique location, we are delighted that we were able to bring a total of twelve rowers to Spain this year. The privacy of the garden, the warmth of the Mediterranean summer and the camaraderie between such a large group of rowers make this a film like nothing we’ve made before.
