When Lucius, a young man from the village, requests to leave and find medicines, his request is denied. However, after a series of events, Lucius is gravely injured and Ivy, his love interest, goes on a journey to find medicines in the towns beyond the village. She discovers that the village is actually a modern-day creation and returns with the medicines to save Lucius.
