In 1800s Paris, a disfigured composer named Erik lives in the catacombs beneath the Paris Opera House. Obsessed with a young soprano named Christine, he becomes the mysterious Phantom of the Opera, terrorizing the opera house. As Christine's career blossoms, she must choose between her love for the Phantom and her connection with a childhood friend.
Yuna is a shy and innocent college student. One day, she meets Professor Shibuya, a famous art critic and collector. Yuna is infatuated by his personality, and falls in love with him. Professor Shibuya invites Yuna to his countryside home, to help him organize his art collection. There, she meets Erika and Miho, an S&M queen and her mistress. Through them, Yuna is introduced to a new, unfamiliar and tantalizing world, which tests the boundaries of her acceptance.
When master student 'Documentary film' Sofie Peeters moved to Brussels, she was faced with a very frustrating phenomenon. On a daily basis, she was treated with disregard by strange men in the streets: cheap attempts to flirt, sexist roaring, intimidating persecutions,... Sofie decided to make her Master film about this. She caught the sexism on tape, confronted the offenders and questioned women about how they deal with this problem. The result: 'Femme de la rue'.
