A young Aboriginal policeman and a detective from the city investigate a series of apparently unmotivated murders taking place in the remote outback.

When the police discover that their motorcycles are concealing heroin, Waco (Robert Porter) and his motorcycle gang hides out in a desert convent. A highway patrolman (Billy 'Green' Bush) hunts down the gang after they kidnap a nun, Sister Anna (Tippy Walker) and flee the convent.
