Daffy Duck, working as a traffic cop, gets transported back in time to the Stone Age where he encounters a friendly dinosaur. They embark on a series of comedic adventures together, including Daffy using a slingshot to launch himself at a billboard, blowing up a tire pump like a harp, and spitting on his hand to create clouds. The film takes a surreal turn when Daffy meets his untimely death but ascends to heaven, only to end up back on Earth. It is a classic Merrie Melodies cartoon filled with humor and creativity.

Rattfink air-drops a bag of flour on Roland; the resulting cloud of flour engulfs RF's plane, and he crashes into a building. Finally, Roland is in a jam session; Rattfink paints a can of nitroglycerine to look like a drum, but slips on a banana peel and explodes. Roland puts a flower on his grave; Rattfink's ghost hurls it at Roland.

After gallantly fixing her flat tire and when he realizes that the young lady has left her purse behind with her address inside he sets out to return it, no doubt hoping for a reward, either monetary or romantic.
