Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole follows a young owl named Soren, who is kidnapped and taken to the owl kingdom of Ga'Hoole. There, he discovers a hidden society of owls where a great battle between good and evil is brewing. Soren must gather a group of brave owls to save their kind from the clutches of an evil ruler.

The three protagonists listen to a storyteller recount the creation as well as the Fall. At the same time, they learn their own lessons in honesty after tricking a gardener into giving them fruit for free.

This tongue-in-cheek cautionary tale by Croatian director Zlatko Grgic traces man's checkered history with fire, and shows how growing carelessness in the form of overloaded sockets, smoldering cigarettes and other fire hazards can have highly undesirable consequences.
