With the help of a cat named Tibbs and a horse named Captain, the Dalmatians manage to outwit Cruella and her henchmen and safely bring back their puppies.

Prop and Berta manage to overcome the witch and turn her into a good person, restoring peace in the little town and breaking the spell which binds their friends.
