During a football match, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and 'Weird Al' Yankovic are hoping to win the All-Star Cup. Four kids who specialize in pest control, known as Creature Catchers, meet Zlatan and offer to help him catch creatures in exchange for tickets to watch football. When Zlatan is infected by a mutant slug, the kids decide to find him and save him. Along the way, they meet Megan Rapinoe, who also becomes a mutant. They discover that 'Weird Al' is sabotaging Zlatan's success in the All-Stars tournament. With the help of the kids, Zlatan regains his confidence and they play as a team in the tournament. Eventually, they defeat the evil 'Weird Al' and the giant mutant ponytail creature that stole the talent. However, the fear of the slugs persist.
