Scaramanga kills Fat and takes control of his empire and the solar cell device. Anders wants Bond to kill Scaramanga and gives him the Solex. Bond tracks Scaramanga to an island and after a duel, he outwits and kills him. Bond retrieves the Solex and escapes.
