[A toddler] refuses to eat his spinach and had fed some of it to the dog before the cracker ringmaster promises a show if he finishes it. He does and the show starts.

Scrapy's birthday party is attended by a raft caricatures of famous movie stars and world leaders, including Mussolini, John D. Rockefeller, Will Rogers, Laurel & Hardy, George Bernard Shaw, Jimmy Durante, King George V,Ghandi, Babe Ruth, Ex-King Alphonso XII, Professor Picard and even Al Capone is seen, unfortunately unable to make it as he's in prison.

Scrappy runs a theater where he acts as the ticket collecter, the usher, the snack vendor, and the performer. He later has some probelms with another child in the audience.

Scrappy is very happy when he discovers his friends are giving him a birthday party. An uninvited little girl crashes the party and proceeds to dominate and disorganize it completely. Scrappy's friends finally give up and leave, but Scrappy and the girl solve their differences and end up eating the whole birthday cake themselves.

Scrappy is butterfly hunting, and captures a singing butterfly, who turns out to have a magic ring, which Oopie grabs.

Scrappy cartoon from Charles Mintz of Columbia Pictures. In this one, mad scientist Hugo Plotz experiments on the boy character in a water bowl by first turning him into a fish and then an old man. When his little brother comes in, Hugo then turns them into babies. And then when they go back to normal, they travel into the future, all the way to 1990. There they encounter people in propeller hats and attempt to rescue a girl from Plotz.

Scrappy and Oppie dream that they take a rocket trip to Mars. There they meet some nice Martian girls. When they want to go home, the Martians will not let them leave the planet.

Scrappy is a young band leader; other little boys make up his band. They perform inside a gazebo, in front of an appreciative grown-up audience, as the wildlife get in on the act.

Scrappy and Oopy are trying to make a movie, but things aren't working out so they go door to door in Hollywood looking for actors. They find baby versions of mostly comedians and they all then dance about.
