After accidentally launching himself into deep space, Scrat finds himself marooned on a mysterious alien spaceship. As he navigates through the ship's advanced technology and encounters other stranded creatures, Scrat must find a way to return home and protect his precious acorn.

In 'Royal Cat Nap,' Tom the cat character tries his best to be quiet and steal some cheese in a castle without waking up Jerry the mouse character. He goes to great lengths, breaking dishes, locking doors, and walking on tiptoe. Tom even tries to use earplugs and a lullaby to put Jerry to sleep. However, his attempts are foiled when he steps on a tack and gets stabbed in the nose and butt, causing him to scream in pain. The noise wakes up Jerry, who then starts singing and playing the violin, causing chaos in the castle. Tom desperately tries to catch Jerry while avoiding the castle guard and various traps. Eventually, the two characters engage in a sword fight, but Jerry uses his elongating arm to outsmart Tom and hilariously defeat him. The movie ends with Tom turning blue and defeated.

A spider wakes up and plays his web like a harp, attracting a pair of them; the female is trapped, and the male summons the cavalry, which arrives riding horseflies, riding dragonflies to drop pepper bombs, firing champagne bottles, and ultimately setting the web on fire and catching the spider on flypaper when he falls.

When ghosts inhabit an Englishwoman's home, Dyall, a ghost hunter of sorts, takes on the poltergeists. Developments reveal a trio of spirits that includes a sailor, the seaman's late wife, and her lover, whom the sailor had shot.

A prize-fighting banty rooster, so slap-happy that he goes into a punching spree whenever he hears a bell, falls out of a truck and onto the farm where Foghorn Leghorn is in the midst of his usual sparring match with the barnyard dog. Foghorn and the dog use the fighter-rooster's manic punching against each other by ringing a bell once the rooster is within striking distance of their intended victim.

Daffy Duck goes to a doctor after he realizes that he is starting to act like a cat. Daffy finds himself drinking milk out of saucers.
