In Chopping Mall, a group of socially awkward friends find themselves trapped in a shopping mall after hours. Little do they know, the mall's security robots have gone rogue and are on a killing spree. As they try to outwit the robots and escape, they must navigate through various stores and face unexpected challenges. It becomes a desperate struggle for survival as they are hunted down one by one.

50 years from now, a pilot (Ian Rowe) is sent 60 light years across the galaxy through a new device capable of crossing the extra spatial dimensions. His mission is to orbit and reconnoiter the planet then return home. The planet is known to be populated by intelligent life. Once at his destination the pilot has to perform an emergency landing and becomes marooned on the alien planet, and soon discovers the planets only inhabitants are predatory machines.

Trnka’s sci-fi vision of the future in which machines and robots try to substitute themselves into the most beautiful human relationships. A cybernetic robot is supposed to substitute for the loving grandmother of a little girl. The wise grandmother, however, comes back and the girl finds the warmth of her grandmother’s loving arms again. Trnka’s artistic ideas in this film can be described as both poetically fragile and dramatically cautionary.

This is a story about friendship of little voiceless robot Victor and a 8 year old girl Victoria who live in a far-away world in the distant future.
