Weather Girl is a comedy-romance film about a sassy weather forecaster in Seattle who goes through a bad breakup and is unemployed. She navigates life, dating, job hunting, and living with her brother while dealing with her irrational behavior. Her life takes a turn when she becomes a social media influencer and faces a public meltdown. Along the way, she forms a close relationship with her brother and finds love amidst the chaos.
When Jacob returns home for his internet famous brother's celebration, he finds his mother on the floor screaming his brother is dead. But during his eulogy at the funeral he starts to believe this could be another one of his many viral pranks.
Broadway star and notorious narcissist Richard Bean suffers a spectacular public meltdown and returns to his hometown and the family-run theater where he first became aware of his own brilliance. When he arrives, he is shocked to discover that his father, the former artistic director, has lost a step and that the once-respected theater, now run by his brother Jon and his wife (now the town's mayor). has become, by necessity, a low-rent dinner theater serving roast beef and murder mysteries. He decides to save the town, the theater and the world by presenting a great American classic on the dinner theater stage, directed by and starring, of course, Richard Bean.
