Sense and Sensibility (1981) is a TV show based on the novel by Jane Austen. The story revolves around the Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne, and their experiences with love, heartbreak, and class differences in 1800s England. After their father's death, the sisters are left in a precarious financial situation and must navigate the complexities of societal expectations and unrequited love.
