On Purge Night, while securing Charlie's home, Leo discovers a betrayal within their ranks. Leo guides Charlie to safety and they are rescued by Joe and Marcos. They are pursued by Purgers and must rely on the help of the Crips gang. They find refuge with the anti-Purge movement led by Dante Bishop. After a series of confrontations, Charlie wins the presidency and begins her plan to end Purge Night.
