In a big mansion, a scientist has been experimenting with humans and animals, mixing their DNA together.

A group of college students throw a Halloween party in an old fraternity house. Little do they know, a demon is trapped inside the house and is seeking revenge. As the night progresses, the students start to experience horrifying supernatural occurrences, including encounters with a disfigured pig-man and the sudden dimming of lights. They soon realize that they must find a way to escape before they become victims of the demon's wrath.
