Little Voice is a heartwarming movie about a shy and introverted woman named Little Voice who lives with her overbearing and alcoholic mother in Yorkshire, England. She finds solace in her room where she listens to and mimics famous singers, but she is too afraid to share her talent with the world. One day, a talent agent named Ray discovers her and convinces her to perform at a local nightclub. Little Voice's incredible singing talent becomes a sensation, but she must overcome her fears and face the challenges that come with being in the spotlight. With the help of her friends and family, she finds the strength to embrace her true self and pursue her dreams.
Dick Foran and Harriet Hilliard (aka Harriet Nelson) top the cast of the Universal musical quickie Hi, Buddy. Foran plays GI Dave O'Connor, who comes to the rescue when a boy's club is threatened with foreclosure. Upon learning that the money targetted for the club has been appropriated by a crooked manager, O'Connor calls upon his army buddies to stage a big, fundraising show.
