When the SSSP, a group made up of young people looking to do good in the world, is tasked with investigating a possible giant monster, one of their own, Takeshi, sacrifices himself in order to save one of his teammates. Luckily for Takeshi, he is saved by Ultraman. Now the two are bonded as one and are tasked with taking care of the monsters plaguing the world at large.
Officer Liam Smith, still afflicted by his brother's kidnapping years prior, tries harder and harder every day to bring the culprit to justice with no success.
