In A Simple Wish, a young girl named Anabel wishes for her father to be happy again after her mother's death. She is visited by a clumsy fairy godmother named Murray who accidentally turns her father into a statue. Together, Anabel and Murray must race against time to find a powerful magic wand and reverse the spell before it's too late. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and villains, but their determination and belief in the power of wishes help them overcome these challenges and bring happiness back into their lives.
