Julius and Vincent Benedict are fraternal twins; the results of a secret experiment carried out at a genetics laboratory to produce the perfect child. Vincent, a womanizer and a small-time crook, is placed in an orphanage while Julius is raised on a South Pacific island to become highly intelligent and physically strong. When Julius learns about Vincent, he travels to Los Angeles to find him. They embark on a cross-country journey to find their mother, encountering danger and uncovering their past along the way.
