John Cain wakes up in a hospital with no memory, and must uncover his true identity while being pursued by the Cartel. With the help of Anna, who claims to be his wife, and his friend Eddie, Cain discovers that he is a former DEA agent who double-crossed the Cartel. As his memories return, Cain realizes that those around him have hidden motives, including Anna and his supposed ally McCoy. Together, Cain and Anna must escape with a valuable case that contains sensitive information and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
