A man named Tatsuhiko moves into an apartment with thin walls and becomes fascinated by the sounds and activities of his attractive neighbor named Emi. He starts spying on her through the walls and becomes obsessed with her. As the obsession grows, Tatsuhiko's voyeuristic behavior takes a dark turn, leading to unexpected consequences.

Ashok, is on a lookout for a job. But that does not stop him from putting on airs and bluffing, pretending that he is from a rich family. As luck would have it, he get a job of a photographer for a fictitious tabloid - Bhukump, only to lose it, because he had the misfortune to click the photograph of the owner's daughter Seema slapping an eve teaser. Listening more closely, pregnant Gemma is convinced that she's also hearing cries and smacking noises, which she is certain are the sounds of a toddler being abused. She and Richard have seen the child just once, but not since. Feeling morally obliged to act, the couple gather as much information as possible about what's going on next door. And after social services say there's nothing to worry about, Gemma becomes increasingly obsessed and she starts to spy on them in a way that raises questions about who is actually committing the crime — Gemma's neighbours, or Gemma?
