A research team is sent to the Jurassic Park Site B island to study the dinosaurs there, while an InGen team approaches with another agenda. The team discovers that Site B, the place where the dinosaurs were originally created and bred, is still populated with dinosaurs despite being abandoned. John Hammond, the former head of InGen, recruits Ian Malcolm to join a research team to study the dinosaurs and prevent InGen from exploiting them. The team, along with Malcolm's ex-girlfriend Sarah Harding, heads to Site B, encountering various dangers and a clash with InGen. They must work together to survive and escape the island.

Jurassic Park III follows a group of people who find themselves stranded on Isla Sorna, an island filled with genetically-engineered dinosaurs. As they try to find a way off the island, they must avoid being hunted by the deadly creatures.
