This movie is based on the true story of the notorious serial killer Ted Bundy and his involvement in hunting down the Green River Killer. It follows the FBI agents as they interview Bundy and try to solve the series of murders. The plot involves a game of cat and mouse as Bundy provides information about the Green River Killer's motives and methods, all while playing psychological games with the FBI agents.
