In a world where dinosaurs roam the mainland, Biosyn Genetics captures and sells prehistoric animals illegally. Maisie Lockwood, a clone, goes missing, prompting Dr Ellie Sattler and others to uncover a sinister scheme involving giant insects. Claire, Owen, Alan, and Ellie join forces to rescue Maisie and stop BioSyn, facing dangerous situations, treacherous mercenaries, and deadly dinosaurs along the way.

A research team is sent to the Jurassic Park Site B island to study the dinosaurs there, while an InGen team approaches with another agenda. The team discovers that Site B, the place where the dinosaurs were originally created and bred, is still populated with dinosaurs despite being abandoned. John Hammond, the former head of InGen, recruits Ian Malcolm to join a research team to study the dinosaurs and prevent InGen from exploiting them. The team, along with Malcolm's ex-girlfriend Sarah Harding, heads to Site B, encountering various dangers and a clash with InGen. They must work together to survive and escape the island.
