Two individuals, an ad executive and a fashion designer-blogger, who both have a cynical view towards love, decide to challenge each other in a bet. Their goal is to make the other person fall head over heels by using unusual and creative tactics.

A band of futuristic cutthroats terrorize the skies on board their powerful airship. After bombing a liner and stealing gold bullion from its hold, the ruffians try to escape, facing only Jack Manley, a valiant naval officer, and Marie Thompson, his sweetheart. (The surviving print lacks the story resolution, which apparently ends when the hero and the police rout the pirates and rescue the kidnapped heroine.)

Watch out as Elmer Fudd lays down his rifle in favor of a bow and "love arrows". None of the Loony Tunes favorites are safe from klutzy Elmer "Cupid" Fudd: Forhorn Leghorn and Daffy Duck are chased by love-crazed females and Bugs Bunny winds up getting hitched to Yosemite Sam!
