Up! is a sex comedy that takes place in Northern California in the 1970s. It follows the story of an undercover agent who investigates a murder while encountering various sexually explicit and humorous situations. The film parodies the sexploitation genre of the time.

Chicken Little, a young and gullible chicken, believes the sky is falling after being hit on the head by an acorn. He spreads the rumor, causing a mass hysteria in his town. Despite being ridiculed, Chicken Little sets out to prove that the sky is indeed falling and learns valuable lessons about bravery and trust along the way.

The Stooges join the war effort by enlisting at Merchant Marines. While aboard, they have a brief run-in with (a secret German Nazi officer) Lt. Dungen (Vernon Dent), and then mistake a torpedo for a beached whale. Moe says they have to kill it, and it promptly explodes. After being lost at sea for several days, they come across the SS Schicklgruber and climb aboard. Now with fully grown beards, they come across Lt. Dungen again, who does not recognize them. After realizing they are on a German war ship they eventually overtake the crew and toss them overboard.

In Munich a Nazi terror cell plans an assault as the corona lockdown starts and dismisses their plans.

In a parallel timeline that Nazis win the war, a young girl founds a Jewish girl in her house and becomes friends with this Jewish girl.
