Set in the 19th century in Estonia, November tells the story of a love triangle entangled with pagan beliefs, witchcraft, and supernatural creatures. A young peasant girl, Liina, is in love with a young farm boy, Hans, but he is infatuated with a baroness. Liina turns to pagan rituals and witchcraft in order to win Hans' love, but her actions have unforeseen consequences. As a werewolf plague and ghostly apparitions haunt the village, Liina must navigate her unrequited love and the battle between pagan folklore and Christian beliefs.
