Dave is a professional internet troll who lies for a living. Candace works in human resources at a blood lab with a bipolar boss. In this modern spin on the romantic comedy, they meet online and circle the airport of their relationship refusing to land. Together they discover it's hard to hug someone when you're keeping them at arm's length.

This short sequence (or film) is my submission for the imagistic/abstract shot breakdown exercise at Whistling Woods International (film school). As direction students, the objective was to do a shot breakdown and then present a sequence of shots to finally make something that can be distinctly expressed via film and no other art form in terms of its effect.

After a personal tragedy, a young woman seeks solace in nature. The comfort this first grants her takes a terrible turn as she realises there's something else in the woods.
