While exploring, Pam and Kirk get lured inside the house and are killed by a chainsaw-wielding killer known as Leatherface. Jerry goes to search for them but is also killed. Sally and Franklin are then attacked, with Franklin being killed by Leatherface. Sally manages to escape to a gas station but is captured by the hitchhiker and the owners of the house. They torture her and plan to kill her, but Sally escapes and is rescued by a passing truck. Leatherface chases after her but is eventually left behind as Sally makes her escape.
