Billy and the Shazamily attempt to save Freddy, but face the wrath of Hespera and Kalypso. With the help of a sympathetic Anthea, Freddy and the Wizard attempt to escape the Gods' Realm. In a climactic battle, Billy fights Kalypso and Ladon before overloading the staff and sacrificing his own life. With the help of Diana Prince, the last living being with godly powers, Billy is revived and uses the staff to restore his siblings' powers. The Shazamily rebuild their home while Anthea and the Wizard reside on Earth. In a mid-credits scene, Billy is recruited by the Justice Society.
